The Goals of the NOECPTA:

To provide a variety of activites for children during their formative preschool years.

To promote a safe, healthy, and happy life through greater understanding and awareness of family issues.

To give guidance and reassurance to parents of preschoolers.

To offer friendship and support to each other.

To contribute community service for the welfare of preschool children.

To keep memebrs informed on current problems and legislation affecting our children and community.
